Hello everyone. Hope you all having a healthy diet to stay safe in this rough time (covid-19).
We all knows it's very hard to keep healthy and happy ourselves in these rough times. But that is not impossible, isn't it?
Today, I am going to tell you some common points which effects our life in positive ways and help us to keep happy and healthy. Through this lockdown, we have changed our habits a lot like late night party, chattings, keeping yourself busy with the gadgets etc which is not good to us and we all knows that.
Now, talking about how to keep a healthy habits to a healthy life:
Wake up early in the morning before the sun rise. It keeps you inspiring and boosting.
Do not use gadgets in the morning especially when you just wake up. It is not good for mind.
Do meditation and exercises on a daily basis it keeps your mind active and creative and boost up your body . So you don't feel laziness when you work longer.
Improve your habits which you really want like if you want to wake up early then you must work on it, eat healthy foods instead of junk foods.
Keep yourself hydrating. You can't neglect this whatever the situation is, wherever you are, whatever you do.
Try to make conversation with the people around you, no matter whom they are. The only matter is you are not alone, you have the people to take care of you, to talk to you, to motivate you. Make the bond stronger instead of gadgets.
Keep yourself away from gadgets as possible as. I know it's a big ‘no’ for most of the people but you can try, na. I mean we are not in the era where gadgets surviving, we are still around the people whom we love.
Love yourself no matter what. It's a self inspiring quote with good vibes and all the positive vibes.
Sharing is caring. Share your life problems and happiness with the people who loves you whatever you want to say them. They will listen you because they love you. They are not gadgets which does not reply to our situation.
Always reading either a magzine or a fun articles. It will helps you in boosting your mind and keeps the negative thoughts away.
Go to early in the bed because our body needs max. 7-8 hours of sleeping. And it keeps your dark circles away, ha ha ha!!!
