Everybody says stay mentally active and happy but Nobody tells you how to stay mentally active and happy. So today I am here with a new blog that helps you a lot.
As we know by staying active our day well spent and we feel happy.
We appreciate everyone in the world, but hardly get time to appreciate ourselves. So if you complete a task well, give yourself a pat on the back. By this our mood becomes good.
Create a list of things you did for yourself and thank yourself for it. You can do one thing in the morning make a to-do list and before you go to bed for sleep open. the to-do list and mark the things/tasks you completed and say thanks to yourself
When we were kids, Puzzles would help us develop an instinct. By solving puzzles your mind starts thinking creatively. By Solving puzzles you become more active in your work. So start solving puzzles every day.
Trust me this is very helpful and keeps our mood fresh so whenever you get some time make Smiley on the notebook and this becomes you're reminded to smile.
Learn a new skill and don't hesitate to share your leading with others knowledge grows when shared.. when we help anybody by sharing knowledge with them we feel happy and grateful. Helping nature of yours makes you a more valuable and calm-minded person.
Meditative writing is a super stress buster. Just take a paper and pen, write anything you feel. Don't think, just write whatever comes to your mind first. If there is any stress then it gets away from your mind and you feel cool.
Read simple short stories. They take hardly 15 minutes and can help you develop your mind skills immensely. By reading short stories your mind grows and inspired by stories. You become one new version of yourself. That is most important.
Create a small zone of yourself where up anyone talks negatively, shut them up and stop cribbing. As we know our mood spoiled if we talk about negativity. So get away from that kind of people. Just enjoy yourself and be happy.
Lastly, just be happy about what you do. Try avoiding cribbing and See what a magical world you create for yourself.
