1 Risk assessment: -

3 Take care of these: - 

If your heart is in the range of 'high risk', then a CRP test is also necessary.  For this, blood vessel inflammation and their stimulation can be detected.  CRP can be kept under control through regular exercise.  Keep in mind that blood pressure is not controlled by reducing salt in food.  For this, it is also important not to allow extra weight gain.  Along with good health, you can have a strong heart by exercising regularly.  Find a way to do physical labor even in the office.  

4 Regular check-up is necessary: ​​- 

To get rid of heart disease, it is equally important to get checked regularly, as much as adopt methods of prevention.  Keep taking regular consultations with your doctor and do all the tests including cholesterol and blood pressure as per the doctor's advice.  

5 Moving around is very important: - 

According to experts, the heart is like a pumping machine, which keeps on running until the breath stops.  Technically speaking, the lungs act like a natural exhaust fan in the body.  These lungs take out the impure air and let the pure air enter the body.  Adequate air should be taken by walking, and running at high speed to give fresh air and energy to the body.  

6 Keep fasting occasionally: - 

Fasting eliminates unnecessary fat, salt, and other disease-causing elements inside the body.  Although it also lacks nutrients in the body, it is beneficial to use fruits to avoid it.  Fruits like apples are rich in phosphorus, potassium, and sodium.  Therefore, it increases the strength of the heart and maintains energy for a long time.
