In the new year, youth can get good job opportunities.  According to the Manpower Employment Outlook Survey, in the first months of 2022, 30 percent of employers have spoken of increasing staff.  According to the India Skills Report 2022, the hiring situation in India may improve slightly and the total hiring will increase by 1.4 percent. 

 Although the report does not indicate a huge jump in jobs, there could be a lot of jobs in engineering, hospitality, and travel.  Not many jobs are expected in the banking, financial services, insurance, IT, and manufacturing sectors.  The skills of the new youth joining the job market have also increased, but they may find it difficult to find jobs according to their qualifications.  

Focus on cost-cutting:-

 Inflation is increasing in the country and the growth rate has been the lowest in the last 10 years.  Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth has reached 5 percent in the current financial year.  It was 6.7% last year.  If you ask the CEO of a company the plan for the coming year, then the only answer will be that we will insist on cost-cutting.

Lack of Skills: - 

According to the India Skills report, companies are now planning to hire vocationally-trained and management graduates instead of engineering degrees or diploma holders.  Every year one million people in the country leave professional colleges and join the labor force.  It is also seen that the new graduates lack the necessary skills.
 

Need to trend: - 

According to the report, the position of women in the job is better than that of men.  About 42 percent of women can get employment, while for men this figure is only 33 percent.  Companies complain the most about lack of skills.  There are more than 60 crore people in the working-age group in the country.  If they are trained for different special works, then along with increasing personal income, the development of the country can also happen.
 

Can get employment: - 

Due to the lack of jobs, now the youth should also think about entrepreneurship.  Good money can be earned by working on a new idea.  Small and medium enterprises also need to be promoted.  Today you can easily get a loan to start work.  At the local level, youth should plan to present community skills on a large scale.  Today the whole world has gone online.  In such a situation, youth can easily take orders from all over the world and supply art and craft.
