Hi, friends this article is about “How to keep yourself healthy” with nature so if you like this article then follow me.

You must have read this axiom somewhere, 'Healthy man is always happy.  How do we keep ourselves fit in today's busy routine?  This question comes to our mind at some point or the other, so let us know how we can keep ourselves healthy and fit in this run-of-the-mill life.  

The biggest question is why do we get sick at all?  The answer to this question is also very simple.  Not only life but also the order of the whole creation, this is birth, death is also happiness, along with it there is also suffering, the body is a disease, there are no fewer opportunities to live a healthy life, the need is just to make yourself aware about it to be implemented practically.

Why do we get sick?  

Air, water, earth, fire, and sky - are the five physical elements from which our body is made.  Physiologists say that in everyday life, if we maintain harmony with these five elements, then there will be very few opportunities for our illness.  

The answer to this question is also very simple.  Not only the main life, but the order of the whole creation, this is it.  If there is birth, there is also death.  If there is happiness, there is also sorrow associated with it.  

If there is a disease in the body, then there is no less opportunity to live a healthy life.  There is only a need to make yourself aware of this and if you understand the matter, then implement it practically.  

Take a resolve to be fit: -

 The purpose of life is happiness, joy, and fun, but the basic basis of this happiness and joy, our body will not be healthy, then how will we get happiness?  Today's young generation is Very sensitive and understanding.  More conscious about body health and fitness.  

Evidence of this is the increasing number of different types of gyms and gymnasiums in metros and towns.  This is a good thing, but a healthy mind is equally needed in a healthy body.  Correct use of physical force can only be done by a healthy and healthy mind.  

So come, let us take a pledge today that we will make practically all necessary efforts to keep our body and mind healthy, fit, and fit.  Only then can we go somewhere healthy with body and mind.
