A seemingly small headphone can produce noise up to a level that even a jet plane or a packed football stadium cannot.  Doctors believe that listening to loud music for even 15 minutes can put you at risk of hearing loss.

Who are easy victims: -

In such a situation, this problem can be seen as common among those working between heavy machinery, airport, call center, DJs, etc.  Apart from this, this problem is being seen more in the youth because they stick to their player to listen to music every moment.

In modern urban society, there is always some kind of noise around us, which affects us in some way.  However, people who are constantly exposed to high decibel level noise are at higher risk of hearing loss.

How deaf makes Loud Music:-

If you hear sound above the 110-decibel level, it can rupture the myelin sheet, posing a risk of affecting the flow of the electric signal.  This means that the nerve cells are unable to transmit signals from the ear to the brain.
The National Academy of Science has tried in its study on how loud music can make you deaf.  According to this, there is a coating on the nerve cell called the electric tap that carries the electric tap from the ear to the brain.  It is in moving the electrics along the cell.

One Indian out of every 12 victims: -

According to Indian Medical Research, one in 12 Indians in India is suffering from hearing problems.  6.3 percent of India's population has been caught by this disease.  In a study conducted at the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing Audiology Department in Mysore, it was found that 6-6 percent of people prefer to listen to music using modern gadgets.

It is important to be careful: -

Old-style large headphones are less damaging than modern earphones that are punched directly into the ear.  It is also necessary to give a break to the ears from the earphones in short intervals.

If you listen to 120-decibel-level sound production even for a minute, then your hearing can be affected.  That's why it's important to recover in time.  Just need to be a little careful.  Never set your mp3 player's sound to more than 80 percent.  Do not keep earphones in your ear for more than 60 minutes a day.

The danger is all: -

Enjoying music through headphones can also cost you heavily because by doing so you are inviting diseases not one by one.  Tinnitus means always hearing a kind of ringing sound in the ear.  deafness problem.  Insomnia is also a side effect of sticking earphones in the ear for hours.
