Hello everyone! In this blog is about healthy milk..

Coconut milk:

Coconut Milk is loaded with vitamins and minerals and helps your body get rid of toxins. It includes lauric acid, capric acid, sodium chloride and potassium citrate. Coconut milk is rich in vitamin C and B-complex group vitamins. Vitamin C is often referred to as an antioxidant. Antioxidants help reduce free radicals and prevent cellular damage caused by oxidation. Coconut milk is also high in protein (about 8%) making it perfect for vegetarians.

Almond milk:

Almond milk contains about 50% less fat than regular cow's milk and it is packed full of antioxidants and vitamins. Almonds have been shown to lower cholesterol.

Banana milk:

Banana milk helps build strong bones and teeth. It is loaded with potassium and is delicious!

Soymilk:

Soymilk is great tasting and is a good alternative for people who do not eat dairy products. It's low in saturated fats and contains almost no lactose. Soymilk has been shown to increase bone density, decrease risk of heart disease, and improve menopausal symptoms.

Rice Milk:

Rice milk is made by cooking brown rice with water and spices. Once cooked, the mixture is stirred frequently to prevent lumps from forming. Once the liquid cools, it's poured into a blender and mixed with ice cubes.

Buttermilk :

Buttermilk is similar to regular milk, except instead of water being added to the mixture, it is mixed with lactic acid bacteria cultures. Unlike regular milk, buttermilk gets thicker after standing for several hours, and has a slightly tangier taste. It is commonly eaten alone, but can also be used in recipes as a substitute for regular milk.

Skim Milk:

Skim milk is a low fat milk product that contains only 5% of total fat content. It does not have any cholesterol and is suitable for everyone. Skim milk can be consumed right away after preparation without refrigeration. It has no lactose content and is easy to digest.

Hazelnut Milk:

Hazelnuts are actually not nuts at all! They're fruit seeds that grow inside the hazelnut bush. These fruits are harvested before they turn brown and then sun dried. Once dried, these beans are ground into a floury consistency and used to make hazelnut milk. This type of milk is a staple food in countries throughout Africa and Asia.

Oatmeal milk:

Oatmeal milk has a creamy texture that thickens after refrigeration. It is also loaded with antioxidants and is a great meal replacement. Oatmeal is naturally high in soluble fibre and has been linked to a reduced incidence of type 2 diabetes.
