8 Paneer Gourd Ring:-

material :-
One bottle gourd, 200 grams mawa, 150 grams paneer, 1/2 cup dry coconut, one cup sugar, two teaspoons ground sugar, cardamom powder, almond-pistachio shreds, and two tablespoons of poppy syrup.

process:-
Peel the gourd and cut two-inch thick rings and take out the middle part. Boil them in hot water for 8-10 minutes. Make sugar syrup in a pan and add gourd rings and boil it for 15-20 minutes. Add khus sherbet and let them stay in the syrup till it cools down. After roasting the mawa, add paneer, coconut, cardamom, and dry fruits to it. Fill the prepared mixture into the ring.

9 Paneer Lababdar Rabri:-

material:-
One liter of milk, 150 grams of cottage cheese, 100 grams of sugar, one tablespoon of almond shavings, 8-10 threads of saffron, and one teaspoon of cardamom powder.

process:-
Boil milk in a wide and heavy-bottomed kadhai on medium heat. When it remains one-third, then add sugar and cook it. Now grate the paneer and add it to the milk. Put cardamom powder on top and leave it after that let it cool down. When it cools, scrape the cream from the edge and mix it in the milk and let it cool down. 

Stay energetic during Navratri fasting:- How  

If you are thinking of fasting on the occasion of Navratri, then you can prepare yourself for it from now on.  From a fitness point of view also you can challenge yourself that in these nine days you will lose weight or change in your shape.  In such a situation, some special methods can be adopted, know

1 Start like this: - 

Keep the heavy diet aside and prepare small meals.  These include peanut chikki, makhana kheer, and dry fruits including coconut, cashew, etc.  Eat the prescribed amount every half to an hour. 

 2 For energy: - 

Roast sugar or jaggery in Makhana and eat it.  In addition, dry fruits and laddoos are also great sources of energy.  You can drink almond powder mixed with milk. 

 3 Do not eat full: - 

While breaking the fast, it should not happen that you eat too much, it can cause problems.  Instead, eat a protein-rich diet.  Stuff the kuttu cheela with paneer.  Curd raita is also good for bringing health.
 

4 Rehydrate:-

 To avoid dehydration, keep drinking water at regular intervals.  Also take clove water, coconut water, or lemonade.  Lemon tea or herbal tea can also help, but don't drink too much.  This will not only keep the body hydrated, but due to its detox, the toxic elements will also come out.  You can also keep cloves in the mouth, it will not dry out.
 

5 If you are sick or have Nirjala Vrat: -

 Consult a doctor before keeping Nirjala Vrat.  Keep checking your BP sugar in between.  Secondly, if you are sick, then avoid fasting, but if you are still doing it, then keep eating something in between.  If you do exercise, then shift yourself to light exercise.
