But basically, the time of Navratri is associated with the worship of the Goddess or the worship of Shakti.
The nine days of Navratri are basically divided into three Gunas, rajas, tamas, and sattva. Which is also known as Triguna. The basis of the life of a living being is based on these three qualities. Without these three Gunas, rajas, tamas, and sattva, the existence of any living being is not possible. Even the existence of a molecule is not possible without these three properties.
Every molecule has some part or the other found in the energy, vibration, and nature of these three qualities or elements. If these three qualities or elements are not present then nothing can survive, it will disintegrate.
