  • Be grateful for every small thing. Gratitude will help you to forget about the bad memories of your life and improves your physical health. Be thankful for what you have that is enough to make you a positive person.
  • Change your negative thoughts into positive ones. When someone tells you that you are not capable to do something, then prove to them that you are the only one to do it.
