Healthy Habits = Happy Life

Hi,

Hope You're Healthy and Safe.

I Wish to Share some of the Healthy Habits which I follow in My Life.         [ Personally, these habits changed my life. ]

  1. DRINKING WATER AFTER WAKING UP - Drinking water early in the morning on empty stomach, clears all the waste and releases toxins from your body. This will improve your digestive system. [ Even if you don't want to drink water, you can add lemon juice, honey, or even you can have green tea. ]
  2. MEDITATION - Meditation will make you feel more awake and active, enhance your awareness, prevent stress, and improves overall well-being.
  3. WALKING AND WORKOUT - This helps you maintain health, control your weight, and even help to improve your mental health and mood.
  4. TRY TO EAT GREENS, VEGGIES, AND FRUITS - These types of foods are a good source of minerals, proteins, and vitamins. They're also good for diet, which helps you maintain a healthy gut and prevents digestion problems.
  5. DRINKING 3L OF WATER DAILY - Drinking 3L of water daily boosts immune power, improves physical health, and clears toxins in your body. Even helps in weight loss.
  6. READ BOOKS / LEARN SOMETHING NEW - By reading books or learning new skills keep your mind engaged and active, and increases your adaptability.
  7. SPEND TIME WITH YOUR LOVED ONES - Spending time with the person you love is always a good investment. This makes big difference when it comes to happiness. Avoid using your phone while you with your loved ones, this helps you in engagement and also helps you to increase the understanding between you and your loved ones, and reduces stress and anxiety.
  8. KEEP SURROUNDING CLEAN AND ORGANIZED - By cleaning the home and keeping things organized helps you to find things fast and there will positive energy surround you. Improves your productivity and physical & mental health.
  9. PLAN EVERY DAY - Planning everyday routine or making a TO-DO list is very important. This improves our management skills and helps us to complete the work on time. Improves productivity and reduces the stress of work pending. 
  10. SAVE MONEY AND INVEST - Saving money and investing the money will help us in emergencies. Even investment in stocks or anything helps in financial purpose.
  11. LISTEN TO RELAXING MUSIC - This will help you in clearing the mind, reduces stress and anxiety.
  12. SPEND LESS TIME ON THE PHONE - Less usage of the phone helps you to find value in your life and reduces the burden on mental health. Especially in the morning, using a phone less very important because when we use mobile as soon as we wake up it put on pressure to our mind by giving unwanted news. Even less usage of the phone before going to bed is good for our eyes and mental health.

These are some of my habits for a HEALTHY LIFE.
