Alternatives To Chrome Browser

Why would one need to switch from Chrome to any other browser if we are getting all the features of an expert browser in one place? Well following are few points to support my argument.

1. It’s developed primarily as a vehicle for advertising, getting people onto Google services, and tracking. Google is an advertising company. It is similar to using a browser developed by beloved Facebook.

2. It doesn’t give the user a lot of control or choice. A kind of mentality called “father knows best” is used where Google simply decides users can’t be trusted with various features and detests them quickly. No ad blockers, no Flash player, etc. There’s little regard for backward compatibility… just a relentless and unforgiving march towards this strange idea of a modern, locked-down browser that’s totally idiot-proof because the developers decide what’s best for the users.

3. Chrome’s unparalleled rule over the internet is harmful to web standards and the idea of having many competing browser applications. We have sluggishness and consolidation where we once had competition and innovation. A crusty-old codebase from the 1990s, Gecko, has several pieces of Chromium pulled into it, so it will never be a real alternative.

So now what? Quit using the internet!!! No, I am also giving you some of the best alternatives to Chrome which will not only provide you a fresh experience but also they will respect your privacy. Following are few alternatives:-

  1. Brave - It is one of the browsers which is openly challenging chrome for providing a better user-friendly experience than it. After visiting its website I also felt that it might be a good alternative.

2. Iron - Iron is formed on the free source code Chromium and provides the same features as Chrome - but without condemnatory privacy concerns.

3. SeaMonkey Composer - A Fine Web-browser, feed client, IRC chat, and an advanced e-mail, an elegant newsgroup, and simple HTML editing give all of your Internet needs in one application.

4. Focos - Working from home? Too many browser tabs? Focos can be a single place for all of your social media, apps, and email accounts from a clean and easy desktop app. The future of labor has changed, more and more folks are performing from home, Focos may be a simple and delightful solution for managing everything better, great for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and teams.

5. NetStop Professional - After accepting Pay-to-Surf, you get your version of NetStop Professional! NetStop provides a secure browser with the foremost functionality ever offered, HTML advertising, and Internet-based faxing. Happy Browsing!!!!
