HI THERE, HOPE YOU ALL ARE DOING GREAT AND SPENDING TIME WITH YOUR LOVED ONES HAPPILY. I WISH YOU A HEALTHY AND A SAFE LIFE AHEAD. 

SO, THIS IS MY SIXTH BLOG. IN THIS BLOG I THOUGHT TO WRITE ABOUT FRUITS. MOST OF ALL PEOPLE LOVE TO EAT FRUITS BECAUSE IT IS VERY MUCH DELICIOUS FOOD THAT IS GIVEN BY THE MOTHER EARTH NATUARALY. FRUITS ALSO CONTAINS MANY VITAMINS, MINERALS, FIBRES AND SO ON. NOT ONLY IT MAKES US HEALTHY BUT ALSO CONSUMING FRUITS MAKES OUR SKIN LOOKS RADIENT, BRIGHT, RADIENT, AND YOUNG. THERE ARE SOME INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT FRUITS SO LET US SEE THROUGH THAT:- 

  • The study of fruits is known as pomology.
  • It is said that red coloured fruits keeps our heart strong.
  • yellow coloured fruits prevents us from getting sick
  • orange coloured fruits keeps our eyes healthy
  • green coloured fruits will keep our bones and teath strong and healthy
  • purple or blue coloured fruits will helps our memory enhanced
  • Half a cup of fig have the calcium which is equal to half a cup of milk
  • In case of cucumber, it is a fruit not a vegetable.
  • A pomegranate can hold more than thousand seeds
  • pumpkins and avocados are not vegetables, they are fruits.
  • square watermelons are becoming common now a days. it is developed by the Japanese farmers for the purpose of ease in storing and stacking.
  • Some of the low sugar fruits low carb diet are avocados, raspberries, blackberries, coconut, tomato, lemons, kiwi, apricots, plums, peach, starfruits, watermelon, and cantaloupe.
  • eating an apple stays you awake than drinking a coffee. The caffeine in coffee is not potent than the natural sugar in the apple.
  • tomatoes are not vegetable, it is a fruit which contains more genes than human.

THESE ARE A VERY FEW INTERESTING FACTS ON FRUITS. THERE ARE MANY MORE  FACTS UNKNOWN TO US. ANYWAY FRUITS HELP US IN DIFFERENT AREAS OF OUR HEATH AND CARE SUCH AS IT HELP IN OUR HEALTH OF HEART, SKIN, BONES, EYES, TOOTH AND SO ON. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT A FRUIT IN A DAY HELPS US TO BE HEALTHY A FREE OF DIEASEASES. SPECIALLY IT IS SAID THAT AN APPLE IN A DAY MAKES YOUR DAY BETTER, IT HELPS TO REDUCE THE DISEASES AND MAKES US HEALTHIER. EVEN  FOR COVID- 19 IT IS RECOMMENDED TO HAVE CERTAIN TYPES OF FRUITS WHICH IS HIGH IN VITAMIN C SUCH AS LEMON AND AVOCADOS. SO, BE HEALTHY AND STAY SAFE ALWAYS AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR VALUABLE TIME.
