All girls and women's follow this but why? Don't know We follow because elders our grandma mummy told as to follow because they did the same.

How is a Conditions of a Menstruation Hut?
Menstruation huts are not is safe condition. There is lack of kitchen and toilets which are our basic and daily need. These huts can lead to harm and even death, from exposure, dehydration, snake bite, smoke inhalation, and so on.
Are they still around in the country?
Menstruation huts are neither history nor a myth. Though illegal in many places of India now, but still in some places these huts are still present and functioning.
What is Happening?
Organisations like Sparsh are working to bring attention to the issue of these Menstraution huts. In other cases, the attempt is to improve the conditions of the huts instead of eradicating the practice. There is clearly a long way to go.
