So our first road we are going to talk about is the Gata loops as the name suggest its a loopy road. This road consists of 21 hairpin loops and leads to the highest motorable road in ladakh. The entire loop is about 10.3 km and a height of 17000ft from manali leh road.
2. Koli Hills Road
Koli Hills Road is situated in the state of Tamil Nadu. This road has a shocking number of 70 continuous hairpin bends. Basically hairpin bend means its a turn in a road with a very very actue inner angle.
3. ZigZag Road in Sikkim
This ZigZag road passes along 3 levels that spin across a mountain valley in Sikkim. It is called as the most dizzying road of India
4. National Highway 22
This road is very much scary and spans for around 459kms, it has also featured in different series as well.
5. The Zoji La Pass
This road is a high mountain pass in Himalaya in the union terriorty of Ladakh. At the edge of the mountain if you look you will see a thin line and that thin line is the road. So before visiting this road just think about it.
6. The Sangla Road
Sangla Road is situated in Himchal. This raod is so dangerous that one can fall right into nowhere with a single wrong step. Isn't it scary…
7. The Bum la pass
This pass is located at above 16ft on the mountain ranges of arunachal pradesh, it is very much deadly and has very sharp edges and roadways.
8. The Rohatang Road
As said this pass is a great holiday destination for indians but it is very dangerous deu to the number of landslides.
9. The Leh Manali Highway
Last but not the least we have this highway which is been prone to landslides and also suffers a lot of navigation problems during the winter season.
Did you know fact.
In 1979, within 15 minutes, a women named Brenda Spencer injured 8 children and a police officer, killed a custodian and principal at a school. When asked why? she stated, “I don't like Mondays.”
