How To Stop Overthinking?

God has provided us with the most powerful ability and that is ‘Thinking Power'. But, thinking excessively can also cause to lose yourself, thatswhy thinking more and more on a specific topic which disturbs your mind is termed as 'Over Thinking'. Over thinking is the main serious problem behind depression….it is excessively increasing in our teenagers…. 

In earlier times, children's were enjoying their life and were free from any kind of tension….but now the time has changed…..you can clearly see the side effects of over thinking on our children's and youth. The cases of depression are increasing due to this reason.

The youth is not able to focus on their ambitions because they are easily caught by the problems of over thinking. Heavy increase of depression cases in our youth is a seriouse threat to our nation's development. Increasing in depression will cause suicides and loss of positivity in our society. Not only in youth, but our grandparents are also not protected from this severe problem.

As you know, lockdown has been continuing since 1 year, this 1 year is the worst year in the life of our old age people…due to this, they lost their touch with the outside world. It directly effects their life events and you won't believe that over 1200 old age people has committed suicide in the last 1 year.

Lonely people in Japan are hiring people to talk, because they doesn't have anyone to share their problems. World health organisation has said that depression is more harmful than corona because treatment of covid 19 is possible, but their is no vaccine for depression! 

● What Are The Symptoms Of Depression. 

1.If you can't stop thinking on a specific topic.

2.If you are not able to stop suicide thoughts.

3.If you feel to not to talk with anyone and to separate yourself from the entire world.

4.If you are thinking too much about past events. 

5.If you ultimately started thinking negative for you.

● How to prevent overthinking or depression.

1.workout, excerscise and meditation.

2. Be close to the nature and spend time with nature.

3. spend time with friends and family members. 

4. Spend time in activities that you are interested in like reading books, playing cricket, tracking, biking, etc.

5. You can also spend time in social works and can work for humanity. 

Depression is seriously increasing in our community, youth and in our children. I doesn't want any likes or comment on this topic, but I only want everyone to read and to take a lesson from this writeup. 

"Depression is like a terror in the minds of our youth which is killing millions of dreams.”
