so many people have insecurity about their looks, body shape and stuffs like that and we often end up searching in social media about ‘How to look like a model’ and we end up watching more and more videos and end up with some fake ideas. Yes the ideas provided by the influencers are fake ( most of them )they ask us to mew for better look even ask us to put our fingers in our mouth and pull and they call this trend thumb pulling. Do you guys really think it’s gonna work? In my opinion i would give a big ‘NO’. But there are some ways to make your facial features sharp and make you look more attractive. I’m about to give you the secrets that you won‘t get from the internet. These are just simple tricks but still very effective.

The Main thing that we lack is facial features. We think we have no facial features like the models. But its not the truth all people has facial features but it is hidden under our fatty or bloated face in order to reveal our facial features we have to lose fat or become less bloated.For this we should mainly have a healthy diet. Avoid junk foods completely when you start avoiding junk foods and start eating healthy everything will start to change. As i say every thing never come so fast. in order to achieve something we have to be consistent.

SO WHAT SHOULD BE THE DIET?

Mainly avoid junk foods and added sugar. And another important thing is don’t overeat if it‘s healthy too.you may end up eating more calories and stay bloated. So always track your calories while eating. Eat healthy eat in a moderation.because 80% depends on diet and only 20% depends on work. So diet is the most important thing we should follow. You may be thinking well you’re saying about diet but what should we eat? It’s simple try something simple like an oatmeal for breakfast. Add 50g of oats to a bowl and add some water or milk and boil for 2 minutes then add some nuts and honey then add some berries as toppings and refrigerate overnight and that’s it your completely healthy oat meal is ready and go for two whole eggs as a protein source.just like that plan your meals through out the day with less calories and more quantity that will help you remain full and healthy. Eat a lot of vegetable and drink a lot of water to help you remain full and avoid hunger.
 

Now let’s talk about the work we should do to achieve less body fat!

just some simple tricks so i’m not gonna elaborate it.

  1. walk 10000steps daily.
  2. do cardio for 20 minutes.
  3. Try intermittent fasting.
  4. Eat less move more.
  5. Do strength training.
  6. Get sunlight for minimum 10 minutes a day.
  7. stay hydrated.
  8. sleep for 8 hours.
