When It's Mundane Monday!

Today is the usual day I have unlike the week before where every single day I use to feel like to make the most out of every moment , I still do, but it tends to fall sometimes, the progress isn't steady and it shouldn't be not that it meants to be. 

Usually on such days I track all my progress through out weeks and months to get the same feeling of being productive again and it also helps me to get motivated along the way, for that I had set rules for myself, even on days like today I won't be distracting myself from the goals I achieved throughout this two months of 2022, I still tend push myself even it meant taking endless amount of breaks along the way but making up on days like these ensures feeling of contentment at the end of the day. 

I know and I have been there where on most of days I use to feel creating nothing and doing nothing and I use to listen to my inner voice, turns out your inner self always might be having some other excuse always made up to not get you to your desired goals

The quote from a yogi

“Don't allow your mind to get distracted from your purpose, all what you go through as in ups and downs is only meant to taking eyes off from your goals”.

And I could totally relate to this, from there on I decide to make this is as my own mantra for success for each day and honestly this though was life changing indeed.

As soon as I inculcate this in myself I found out that I feel more productive and less negative about my lined up tasks, there is always enthusiasm towards each task, indeed bad days have a fare share of it but when you have so much productive days in past, you feel no guilt while having to take a break even in middle of weekdays or even on weekends because you feel you deserve it, and indeed you do just like me.

So insisting yourself to get done with today's lined up task is not always a  great  ideal,  unless it benefits you from something. You just need to see where you can adjust your desires and feelings and motivation.

Determination is the only difference that can be measured from people who are successful and people who aren't. And people who are determinant, follow this steps to ensure their daily progress.

By being consistent and determinant, I so far was able to achieve my Japanese language goals, my journaling goals, my fitness goals and my mental health goals.

Indeed there is alot more to go, for this very month I have some exciting task involve, hope to get there soon as I am feeling content writing this blog.
