Ways To Stay Motivated

I understand that this last two years are possibly making you more than lethargic ever especially if you are college going student, your time table might have messed up, there will be no scheduled studies even exist by now, and that leads to no productivity  , no motivation through out. But you see you need to stop this happening in some point of your life

And this is why i am give you some ideas to follow in your day to make it little better than yesterday and so you dont fall of the wagon. I hope this ideas of mine  help you as much as it does to me.

  1. Dont get comfortable: You see this is where you journey to no productivity started, this become too hard to do when you start being comfortable in one place. Lets say you were being too easy on yourself but  i am not saying resting is not good. Resting things, and going at one pace can be good sometimes, but only sometimes alright! REMEMBER : if you are resting today, you need to give a good shot the next day, everyday cannot be same as yesterday. You cannot have consecutive bad days. Ok!!!
  2. Start your day with as much positive mindset:This will   makes a whole world of difference in your entire day. It affects your mindset, motivation, the way to tackle an abstacle or even to go smooth on a daunting task. So how you start your day with positive mindset? You could start your day with affirmations, excercise, meditation, journaling etc. These each of the aspect mentioned above had a deep impact in your today and tomorrows.
  3. Make a to- do- list: To make sure you are staying on a track, maintaining things at steady pace you need to make a check list for each day. In this way you could accompalish task that you want to complete in a day or say even for week. Start with small task to accompalish in day. Once you complete for all you can go on increasing the amount of task, in this way you will be driven enough towards your work
  4. Balance your schedules: Now that you are making your check list everyday and working hard, do not forget to take mini breaks during work. Since you are home right now you have an access or lets say luxury to take breaks 5 to 10 minutes break between every hour can help you to achieve your productivity goals.
  5. Spend time with yourself: I strongly believe to the fact that during an entire day you should have that one hour deticated to yourself. That whole 60 minute is only for you. You could think about your day, life, emotions, could figure different things out OR the best out of all you could simply meditate. Because  i stand by this fact , In this 60 minutes time i usually read books or as is said earlier i meditate that just sooth me up, refresh me , give broad perspective and above all a deep sense of self satisfaction that keeps me going no matter what the situation is

My ideas or simple steps will show you the results if only you choose to get rid out of whatever you are stuck in and i hope you will try with all the best you got in yourself. I am truly glad and proud of you that you atleast picked up the article that says and guide you the way to stay motivated.

So congratulation!!! To you!!! You've got this
