Being a psychological student I had learned things about cognitive development, about happiness in adults and teenagers  and peer pressure, about depression and succesful beings and there mindset

And to every extent I had found psychological studies to be true and trustworthy. You see self improvement is a self realization  in disguise, you got to learn a lot more about yourself, your strengths and your weakness, your abilities and your interests. Its just not the mere journey of you being buckling up and giving yourself the hardest time.

Without self actualization you cant possibly force things to work on your favor, and if you choose to do so, you can turned to be totally burned on a whole

So here it goes the first thing you should figure out is “YOURSELF” first and then comes the rest

Once you got to know yourself much better you could then figure out how things best work for you and more importantly when. You could figure out that if you are morning person or a night owl, the best time for your productivity, the best time for your learning and the time you could sneak in for your leisure activities or for your loved ones

For anything that implies as JOURNEY there should be a discipline and  habit for it to function according to the purpose. Here are some of the best habits that you could inculcate in your daily routine so that you can achieve your best self in no time

  1. Reading: This is the most obvious and the most fruitful habit you could inculcate. You don't require much of the strength to follow through this and indeed the returns are enormous, unless the reading habit is for your own self and not for the race pf completion. For the self improvement practice ideally you got to be reading non fiction books with power packed knowledge in them and remember to take notes of what you've learned from the book
  2. Mental health practices: It should not be compulsory has to be mediation it could be things that please you mentally like listening music, talking a walk, talking to old friend or even watchin tv
  3. Podcast: Podcast are the new way to discover knowledge and learn through it, it could be heavily inspiring and could take you to look at whole new different dimensions
  4. Physical well being: From the beginning of the day to the time till your head hits the pillow the tantrums are all around the head, in time like this its very essential for you to take your share of serotonin by shredding of some sweat and some fat round the body. Working is great in every sense since it helps you to loose fat, gives you healthy skin, lowers your cholesterol level and what not. So ya working out every 3 to 4 days in a week for minimum 30 minutes is a gigantic step towards self improvement
  5. Learning a new skill : Learning a new skill could benefit you a lot more than anything else. beside learning only few academics subject you should totally be integrated in the pursuit of new knowledge that could be the source of your cognitive development or might as well serve you as a source Of side hustle.

This were only few things in many you could opt for self improvement practice, remember its a life time practice you couldn't just escape through it any time so keep improving yourself even better than each day
