during your low times, when your loved ones dump you, you come across people asking to love yourself, they ask us to eat, sleep, meditate, journal, rest but we might end up feeling like we got no hope or motivation. you might try to move on, but nothing seem to work, hearing that word โโlove yourself'' you go stand in front of the mirror, look at yourself and feel like, who am i? what is that im letting myself bother? what is happening in my life and how am i controlling my reactions towards it? nothing makes sense, you look at yourself like youre looking at some alien, thats where your journey starts INTERNALLY, you try and look into yourself, trying to understand yourself, trying to let yourself to know whats bothering you and how you can control it, we people no matter how we try to hide our emotions, the more we try to hide, the more it tries to come out, sometimes in the most ugly way, is there a way to control your emotions? there is no way. EMOTIONS DOESNT HAPPEN WITHOUT REASON. they always try to tell you something, emotions can never be wrong, if you feel like you are feeling in some uneasy way, you have to stop something you do that holds this feeling inside you.This would be my highest request, always do justice to your emotions, not by being controlled by it, by understanding it, pass that emotion to your brain, now listen to your thoughts. Critical thinking should be something that you must train yourself to think rationally before deciding something out of complete emotional. It might feel tough but it will definitely pay off in future:)
once you learn about your emotions, learn about yourself, you will stand up tall and confident like its the only option you got to move forward, no one, nothing, no people can even try or think of stopping you, its all about you getting to know yourself completely like nobody does so you get sure of what kind of emotions you let yourself feel, its like you let yourself feel bad during the bad times but as i told you, your critical thinking helps you to understand how long does that issue deserves to let you affect and helps you to know what you got to learn from it.
