1) WAKE UP AT 4 AM
Majority of the people feel waking up early means getting less sleep and many feel they are loosing sleep waking up early , but that is not the actual thing which is happening. People who wake up early and sleep early are often healthy and have healthy sleeping cycle , they not only sleep for 6hrs to 7hrs a day, they tend to be active and productive through out the day. How is that possible?
WHAT IS THE SINGNIFICANCE OR POWER OF GETTING UP AT 4 AM?
Waking up early causes people to have more time and motivates them to use the time effectively. While they have more time, people tend to work harder and smarter in all ways and use the time effectively. Waking up early in morning is hard, but the way it improves your lifestyle is like no other ways can. The people who sleep late often wake up late and are sleeping lessor than the people who are getting up at 4 AM. People who wake up early have huge flexibility in managing time, whereas people who wake up late don't have flexibility in managing time. When you can manage your time for sure along with suitable action you will be productive .By waking up early you will end up being healthier than ever before.
2) SET INTENTIONS OR GOALS FOR THAT DAY
When you set intentions or goals for the day you get a clear picture of what works should be done on that particular day .It helps you in managing time and finishing your particular goal for the day or fulfilling your intentions which was set.
3) CREATE A MORNING ROUTINE
When you create a morning routine it helps you focus on the work which has to be done on particular day. It helps to prioritize your work and help you to finish that particular work which had been set. Create a particular morning routine plan which helps you complete all your works which you had planned to finish.
4)FOCUS ONE THING AT A TIME
When you focus on one thing it helps you achieve the thing which your focusing faster. Studies have said that people who multitask are less likely to achieve there goals, as you focus on multiple things, you not only will not be able to manage your time effectively and all your work will be delayed as you focus on multiple things. Studies say only 1% of people have mastered multitasking and the rest cant multitask effectively .So focusing on multiple things at a time is absolutely useless and ineffective. Its always better to focus on one work at one time.
5) TAKE BREAKS AND RELAX
Taking essential breaks is necessary while doing work, as focusing on things can drain energy, it would be better if there are certain breaks while working (minimum break of 25 mins to maximum break to 45mins).
When you take breaks it helps you to focus more on the things you were focusing before and it also relaxes your brain and boosts your thinking capacity .
6) CELEBRATE EACH WIN AND STAY GRATEFUL
Celebrating each win of the goals you have achieved will motivate you to do more. Staying grateful for the wins will attract more wins(of course it doesn't work without action, smart work, and hard work though) .As there is saying grateful hearts attract what they are grateful of.
