A Business's overall game plan for reaching the consumers and turning them into customer of products. 

        Marketing strategies should be used to attract the customers and to create a strong customer relationship to make the business grow. 

Planning

Every marketing needs a plan

1.planning   :   Determining the right marketing tactics and strategies to improve the business

2.Target customers  :  Applying Qualitative and Quantitative research methods.

 For example if you are selling kids books then your target customer is parents who has kids with age group 3 to 8.

3.Customer Relationship:

Customer relationship is very very important in marketing.

A.First of all  you should know the customer needs. 

B.You have to listen to the queries of the customers. 

C.Customer satisfaction. 

D.Making the happy customers. 

4.Products

              The products you are selling should be of very good quality. The product should worth the money. You have to introduce new products in regular interval of time. The product should be attractive and it should be very useful. 

Having the marketing strategy helps keep all your activities on track 

Developing a marketing strategy involves setting goals, researching the market, developing product plans, defining your marketing initiatives

Marketing isn't just advertising, public relations or putting together a website or email campaign. It's also about everything leading upto those activities to support both your customers and your sales team. 

Team work

Team work :

Team work always wins. Marketing team should involve several individuals with various skills and responsibilities who work together to achieve the mutual marketing goals. 

      The team leader should be always effective and encouraging.Team leader should be bold enough to handle the problems. He/she should need enough knowledge to manage the team members. He /she should lead the team in a write way to achieve the company goals. 

How the sales team should approach the customers

There are 5 steps to give presentation of your products. 

1.Introduction:  

              Introduction is the very important process. Before giving introduction you should be very professional. You should make sure whether you are wearing your dress properly. You should wear shoes. Use formal dresses. 

      Be bold and confident while talking and walking. 

Wear a smile while introducing yourself to the customer. The very good ornament we can very is smile. It's gives a good start in your communication. Your customer is like a mirror to you. If you smile the customer will smile. 

      You should make eye to eye contact while speaking with the customer. It creates a confidence and trust to the customers. Eye to eye contact is also useful to get the customers attention to you and your products. 

          You should be very energetic and enthusiastic. You should have full excitement while talking to the customer. It creates more interest for the customer to buy the product which you give. Create a positive environment by being excited. 

        You should give a firm handshake while you start the conversation and while ending the conversation. It I'll be very professional.
