Today i am going to tell you all about depression and how to over come it. Actually its my personal experience also i just feel like to share with you all.i experienced so much pain in my life and i over come it here i am telling you this.
DEPRESSION: mostly depression causes when we have lots if pressure on our mind or some personal problems,family problems it could be anythng. The worst thing depresion makes us to force to do suicide. Here i am asking you all why just why only suicide?? Even our heart broke or we fall apart still we can over come it human have that power still why most of the people choose to do self suicidal attempts? One year back i lost my mother i was in full of darkness and so depressed because she is my everything i even cant live with out her she left us like that i have two little sisters also, i was so lonely and stop talking to everyone i locked myself in a room i cant just forget how she died infornt of me its killing me inside every day. Even i have a thoughy to do suicide i just want to die but when it comes to death i just stop myself and give a thought about my family my sister if i died what happens to them?? Yeah i losy my mother but still i have my father and little sisters who love me most i have to look after them i have so much responsibilities to full fill.then i decide to changing my mind i spend lots of time with them i do meditation,yoga and reading books,playing games,watching anime its all most one year passed i cant forgot her she is in my heart but i took good brave decision and i am looking after my sisters and grandparents well.
So, just think before you do anything, even if ur in depression its in worst case, share your burdent to who close to you or try to do something choose right way,dont be sad dont be anti social dont over sleep. We can over come depression we can do anything. Even you want to day there is lots of people who loves u lot and cared for just dont hurt them.
Mostly our mind some times manipulating things just dont get confused try to do something in life, nothing is better then something.try to read books or do travelling spend the time with who you want to be with share your thoughts, yoga and meditation is good for mind and body also. Play games,watching anime also very good because i tried all these know i am fine i am not a doctor or anything but i faced this so i just trying to help who are in depression.
There is only one life we cant waste it like this depression is like a hell just step out from it and see the world it will be beautiful.
Happiness is the key to success and over come anything.
