Have you wondered to lead a happy life in this fast and evoloving world.Then here comes a just few simple tricks for my dear readers.
1.Being Yourself:
I mean by speaking the harsh truths rather than sugar-caoating.It's not accepted sometimes being too blunt (i.e.accept the truth without regret).
2. Take a break from your mobile:
Are you one among to use mobile phones all throughout the day.Have you felt anxious and irritated by the constant use of social media posts,emails etc .
Switch it off and take a nap to get rid of those bad mood. Really it 's going to be a refresh and joyful feeling.
3. Listen music:
Music is the best remedy that changes all our mood and gives us a peaceful and relaxed feeling.
So next time feeling tired and frustrated,pause for sometime (i.e.relax your mind and body by playing your favourite playlist).
4. Take a good sleep:
How many hours have you being awaken? Mostly due to bad things happened which makes you not to sleep for long hours in a night.Which the reason you could not perform well in the day due to the lack of good sleep.
All you can do is:
- Take a powerful nap of 30 minutes.
- Don't hibernate or sleep the whole day.
- Go to bed early than your usual sleep time.
- Switch off the gadgets.
5. Come out to see the beauty of the nature:
Take your busy routine to some fresh morning or evening walks to feel better.Nature absorbs negativity from our mind and body and gives us a light feeling.
6.Watch a funny show/movie:
Mostly while we are in bad mood,we get to shout infront of us.Instead just watch your favourite funny show or movie and trust me it is going to have a good exercise for your well being.
7. Smile:
We tend to smile while we're happy.But rather than fake smile all time just start your day with a beautiful smile.
8.Kindness:
Giving random acts of kindness pays nothing. But can motivate and uplift the lives of our loved ones even if we are hurt by them at times.
9. Stop overthinking:
There will be times where we feel judged by ourselves , but stop those negative emotions and replace with positive thoughts.
10. Forget the past:
Don't let the past to spoil your present and fear about future.Past happenings in life gives us experiences and memories , present will give us motivation to the future and rest goes with the flow.
