Hi, here comes the next blog to my readers -
I am basically a trained classical dancer and did a lot of dance events at the school and college level. Not only I am a trained classical dancer but also do the western.
Usually, I am a reserved person but loves to bring humour to life, sometimes it makes the people around me hurt but I try to make them happy as much as I can and also I like to learn something new each day whether big or small.
As I said before that I am a quiet person but I feel happy and confident while I keep the feet moving. At times I will be nervous but while I dance in front of the stage I don't feel such emotions.
Even my mom knows that I don't have stage fear and she usually says about this whenever anyone asks her.
I don't know where I get the spirit to dance but while dancing I forget all pains and go to a new fantasy world.
Various Forms Of Dance:
1.Bharatanatyam:
Bharatnatyam dance is almost 2,000 years old. It is believed that Bharatnatyam was revealed by Lord Brahma to Bharata, a famous sage who then codified this sacred dance in a Sanskrit text called the Natya Shastra.
2.Kathakali:
Kathakali comes from southwestern India, around the state of Kerala. Like Bharatanatyam, kathakali is a religious dance. It draws inspiration from the Ramayana and stories from Shaiva traditions.
3.Kuchipudi:
Kuchipudi requires talent in both dancing and singing. This dance, from the state of Andhra Pradesh in southeastern India, is highly ritualized, with a formalized song-and-dance introduction, sprinkling of holy water, and burning of incense, along with invocations of goddesses. T
There are so many forms of dance and its beauty representing each state and its culture. Listed above are some of them.
According to me, the benefits of dancing at least a few minutes a day are -
So everyone will have a passion for dance but hesitate due to stage fear, criticism, etc.
But I recommend everyone to spend at least some time for dance and see the pleasure you feel after releasing the energy within your body.
