Hi readers,

Two days before I was feeling irritated, getting anger unwanted and usually, it happens sometimes to me and comes back to normal. But this day I learnt due to anger, I failed in achieving that small success and also came to know excess anger is not good for our productivity and health.

So everyone will face this situation each day or even if not faced may happen one day, So my advice is simple just flow with the situation, time and move on.

It is difficult, especially during this pandemic situation because everyone will have some way or the other issues such as layoff from a job, family issues, death of a loved one etc. 

Anger issue symptoms:

Anger causes physical and emotional symptoms. While it’s normal to experience these symptoms on occasion, a person with anger issues tends to experience them more often and to a more severe degree.

The physical symptoms of anger include:

  • Increased blood pressure
  • Increased heart rate
  • Muscle tension   

The emotional symptoms before, during, or after an episode of anger:

  • Irritability
  • Frustration
  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Guilt

Anger issue types:

Anger can manifest itself in a number of different ways. Anger can be outward, inward, or passive.

  • Outward: This can include behaviour such as shouting, cursing, throwing or breaking things, or being verbally or physically abusive toward others.
  • Inward:  It involves negative self-talk. Self-harm and isolating yourself from other people.
  • Passive: This involves using subtle and indirect ways to express your anger. Examples of this passive-aggressive behaviour include giving someone silent treatment, sulking, being sarcastic, and making snide remarks.

There will be many health concern's related angry, but listed are a few: 

  • An angry outburst puts your heart at great risk. 
  • Anger ups your stroke risk.
  • It weakens your immune system.
  • Anger is also linked to depression.
  • Anger can shorten your life.

But with these issues, you can replace depression with discovering and learning new skills by upskilling yourself last but not least be grateful for everything you have right now in your life, because the people and materials which we have now may not be available for some others, So stay positive, think positive, enjoy each and every moment of your life.
