Waking up early in the morning is a very big task for many of us.But we have many benefits by waking up early in the morning.The main thing is we feel very productive when we wake up early and finish our tasks on time and at the same time we will be very energetic the whole day.
Usually there will be a lot of difference between the day we wake up early and the day we wake up very late.For example ,in my case -on the day i wake up early i feel very postive and energetic because i woke up early i had more time to complete my day tasks and thats gives me positivity...so ,as i woke up with a positive feeling ,it reflects on whole day.Whereas the day i get up late, i automatically get up with a regretting (negative) feeling ,i get all things in my mind,the works to be completed on that day..etc,due to this i woke up with some stress and negative feeling .This also impacts my whole day and start irritating on others and another important thing is when we get up early ,we have some time to meditate and exercise ,which is very important to us in our daily life.So in this way there is lots of difference between waking up early and late.
So now lets know some tips to wake up earlyβ¦
1 . Firstly we should set some works to do after waking up in morning ,that should always remember u to get up early.(it may be studying academics or for exams..or any other)
2 .Before sleeping we should take a shower.
3 .We all set alarms to get up early ,but one thing we should remember that we should never place our alarms or it may be our phones in which we set alarm ,near our beds instead we should place it at some distance far from our beds so that we dont snooze alarms,and we walk some distance to stop that alarm, in that gap we come out of our sleep (laziness will go)and then we can start our day.
4 . Dont sleep immediately after having dinner.
5 . Last thing is before sleeping we should calm our mind and remove all stress in our mind ,we should sleep as if we dont have any tensions, just sleep ..without thinking anything.
And after waking up we should smile to our selves which gives very positivity to us .
