Normal Day Converts Into Satisfying Day.

When you get up and go ahead to your work without any positive energy and motives. So if you want your day special and satisfied, you have to change some habits and embrace some of them. 

1.Always begins your day with a smile:-Yes it sounds weird and abnormal but there is a psychological reason behind this. If you start your day with a smile so your mind feels active and exciting about the day. 

2.Self loving quotes:-According to psychology if you say good things to yourself you feel confident about yourself and your ideas and the way you are. You feel you can do everything without any hesitation because these words helps your mind to do the things that you called your mind. It helps you to face any condition bravely and confidently. 

3.Do exercise or meditation:-Most of the people suffering from mental illness and mental traumas. Doing exercise helps you to overcome these mental illness with a little ease. Meditation is really effective way to self love and inner peace. You should do meditation twice in a day and do meditation for 5 minutes at one time. Later on you can increase the time limit if you want

4.Watering Plants:- If you are the person who doesn't like to do watering and gardening so you must try it a once. You feel happy about yourself and you can share your feelings and thoughts to them without a doubt. Later on they'll enhance your personality in different ways

4.Choose a hobby:- Everyone have at least one hobby. Hobbies are the habits that makes you feel happy about who you are and why you are. Hobbies are anything that makes you the best. My hobbies are reading books, dancing and listening to music. When I feel sad or upset I would definitely do one of these things. 

5.Healthy Diet:- A healthy is must for development of physical activity. But a healthy diet is really effective for mental health as well. Both are related in some ways. Choose a healthy diet that is full of proteins and vitamins. Eat alot of fruits that contains water in it. And most important drink 1 litre water in a day so your mind feels active and fresh.
