Most of the people start their morning with a tea or coffee or lukewarm water. But there are some things that should be avoided in the morning on an empty stomach to avoid harmful effects our health. There are some foods that damage our intestines if we eat them on an empty stomach. As we all know that our body is a complex system and comprises of various systems of which digestive system plays an important role in our health. Our digestive system starts working after sleeping for a quite long time therefore it should be taken care what to eat and what not. So here in this blog I am going to discuss those things that we should avoid to consume on an empty stomach in the morning.
Fruits : Although fruits are considered as very healthy forever body but only if it is consumed at the right time. Some of the fruits are discussed below and how it can affect our body.
Raw vegetables : Raw vegetables are high source of various types of fibres which can be damaging if eaten on an empty stomach. It causes flatulence and pain in stomach if you do so. Therefore it is advisable not to consume raw vegetables on an empty stomach in the morning.
Spicy food : Eating spicy food on empty stomach can lead to irritation in the lining of the stomach. It causes acidic reaction, stomach cramp and in digestion. So it is better to avoid spicy food in the morning.
Yogurt or curd : Due to presence of lactic acid in yoghurt or curd can lead to disturbance in acid level of the stomach.
It is recommended to avoid above-mentioned foods to enjoy a healthy life.
