Procrastination is the word, that differentiates 10% successful personalities from the rest of the 90% population that have this disease in the brain.

This disease won't kill itself, it kills confidence, kills self-respect, kills the time.

Procrastination is delaying any work for no reason.

A simple task of getting a photocopy of a document from the market, which takes only 15 minutes can take up to several days with the effect of procrastination on the brain.

There is a habit of laziness in the brain, the more it is lazy the more it becomes lazier. 

If you are not aware of this, then you have to be, otherwise, you will regret in old age. And regret is the biggest pain, there are no painkillers for it.

There is no secret formula to avoid procrastination.

What a smart person thinks that he has to get the photocopy in any terms because that is necessary. He always has a list of work in his brain, and he wants to finish the list as soon as possible. Basically, he doesn't want his brain to be diverted to that work again and again, that this work has to be done.

So, he does the work as soon as he knows about the work.

BE FREE

When your brain is free from every stress, it performs better. And better performance leads to better success.

Reasons for Procrastination

  1. you don't have something interesting to do
  2. your daily routine is repetitive
  3. you don't want to do that work

Sometimes, we have to do the work that we never want to do, imagine do you love to drink water, no there no good taste in that, but we have to drink because our body needs it.

So, you have to think like this, that you don't love to do this but you have to do this because it's your need.

How to be away from procrastination

Just simply do the work as it comes, do this for one day and you will feel the change in your mind.
