●ADDICTION..

An Addiction is urge to do something that is hard to control or stop..,,,,,,,, or…… we can say that a thing or activity we do again and  again and we cannot control ourselves ..

●ACTIVITY means

Here activity just doesn't mean drinking (alcohol), smoking  or etc. Here I mean anything like eating,  watching Movies or watching web series, shopping, social media, scrolling Instagram, etc , Anything which give you satisfaction or pleasure and you want to do that thing again and again..

Just like that I am addicted to ANIME. ( who don't know Anime, just search NARUTO, DBZ, ONE PIECE ,etc then you know it) .I watched amine anytime, I don't have a particular time to watch anime..

●story of anime addiction 

So I start watching anime in my 2nd year of college. When I watched amine 1st time , it was a amazing experience because before that I just watched skatimaan, junior-G, ( superpowers/ supernatural  serial),etc. Then one after other I watched so many anime series because it  gives me thrill , motivation, excitement, etc… Till now I watched daily and regularly anime series.

● PROBLEM OF ANIME ADDICTION 

• when I start watching anime series,  i watched till its end and at that time one season has 24 to 25 episodes,  and per episode has 20 min.. ( this also happens with movie or web series Addiction)

• after end of one anime series, I start searching for new anime series. Because I want to watch anime , if I cannot find a new anime series I feel frustrated. Which effect my other daily things like study, eating, etc

• MAIN PROBLEM WITH ADDICTION 

You already know drinking or smoking addiction problem so I am not talk about that..

I talk about other Addiction 

• TIME- every addiction consume so much time, which we can use for other important things.

•RESPONSIBILITIES-  addicted person also not able to fulfill his/her responsibility because he don't thing about responsibility ,he only think about that thing ( addicted thing).

•BECOME ALONE- Addicted person become alone , because he is happy with addicted thing ,and he don't need anything .

• FRUSTRATION-  At The end Addicted person feel frustration because he didn't achieve his required target or goal.

( for Eating Addicted person have weight issues,  physical And mental problems)

●How To reduce addiction 

• understand his responsibility,,,,, he has responsibility which he has to fulfil and work towards that responsibility. 

• understand that his life is not only his life,,,,,,,,,,,,, his parents, his siblings, his friends, all are also depend him ,and all their emotions and feelings are also attached with him.

• Management his Time,,,,, he has appoint his time to other things,  like study, playing game, talk with other people. 

•Fixed  a Goal in his life ,,,,,, because goal motivate him to work towards his goal.
