Many of you must be wondering what is meant by brazilian booty.Well it just means a toned,lifted and attractive butt.
I wont say everyone but many of us want have always wanted this booty.Now just keep reading and lift your butt :D
1.High stepping
This is the basic warmup exercise where you have to run on the place with your knees lifting up till your abdomen.
Do this for 30 seconds.
2.Butt kicks
For this stand straight and run on the place with your heel touching your butt.
Do this for 30 seconds.
3.Squats
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart,back straight and hands in front of you.Now move your body up and down.
Go down till you achieve the position where you pretend sitting on a chair.
Repeat this 16 times.
4.Donkey kicks
For this you have you lie down with your face towards the ground.
Fold your knees and then lift your leg up so that your butt gets squeezed.
Lift you leg such that your sole faces the roof.
Repeat this with alternate legs,12 times each.
5.Butt bridge
Lie down straight on the ground with your face up then fold your knees and lift your abdomen and butt such that they lie in a straight line.
Repeat this 16 times.
6.Curtsy lunges
Stand straight then step back with your left leg to the right and bend your knees at the same time.
Repeat this with both legs.
Repeat this 7 times.
7.Hip bridge and leg lift
This is like a modification of butt bridge.
Here while raising your abdomen and butt for making a butt bridge you keep your one leg straight.
Do this with both legs alternatively,12 times each.
8.Lunge knee hops
Stand straight then step your one leg back and lower your body.
Now when you come up rise your other knee as high as you can.
Repeat this with alternate legs,12 times each.
9.Jumping squats
It is just like normal squat but instead of just standing up while you come up you have to jump.
Repeat this 10 times.
10.Flutter kicks
Here just lie down with your face up.
Keep your legs straight and lift them slightly above the ground.
Now just keep moving them up and down for a very small distance and dont touch your legs on the ground and dont fold your knees.
Do this for 30 seconds.
Do this 2 times in a day for better results.You can increase or decrease the set according to your consistency.For toned thighs,arms and for abs workout check my other blogs.
