Due to increasing  global warming it is very crucial to grow plants.People all over the world grow plants either indoor or outdoor. Some of them grow plants to make  their verandah look beautiful  others grow for the reason of being a great nature lover while few of them know the importance of growing  plants that have many spiritual  , cultural and medicinal benefits. 

Importance of growing plants:

Plants take  carbon dioxide and release oxygen which every living being on the planet  Earth  requires for breathing  so plans  must be grown. 

This pandemic  thaught  everyone lot of lessons one such is saving mother earth and also the plants because high  Death rates were due to the lack of oxygen

1. Aloe vera plant :  this  plant can be grown indoor and outdoor both.it has antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. It is known as a wonder plant because  it has many medicinal features.it is an excellent  plant for purifying air and it releases large amount of oxygen during night time .it heals burns. It improves digestive system .it cures acne and pimples. It is very good for hair it nourishes and enrich hairs making it healthy.  aloe vera are available in form of creams, gels, ointment .it has no side effects. No risk on using aloe vera. It can be grown easily.we can grow it indoors because it require  low maintenance also it does not require  watering daily.it improves air quality and can be used as natural laxative.

  2.Pothos plant: It is an excellent plant to improve air quality inside the house. It is known for emitting toxins from the air like formaldehyde, benzene and carbon monoxide. It is an admirable indoor plant for oxygen and releases oxygen at night.it is quite decorative and traditionally  it is thought to be very important  aaccording  tto vastu sastra. It is thought to be lucky and considered wealthy plant .it is great air purifier and can grow without soil and light so easy to grow with paramount of benefits. 

3. Areca palm: Known for absorbing harmful pollutants from the air, Areca palm is one of the best indoor plants for purifying the air. Areca Palm is not only known for purifying the air but also helps with the proper development of children and fetus. Keeping this plant in the house helps with the strengthening the nervous system as well.areca palm release lot of pure oxygen as it absorbs all toxins. It helps in reducing  stress.its leaves stimulate the central nervous system, relieve pain, stomach ailments, gynecological disorders and a sore throat. Easy to maintain  mmust be grown with proper light and water.
