We used to visit a doctor if we are sick. But some problems do not require taking medicine or rushing to the doctor again and again. Home remedies can be taken to overcome many of these common health problems. Let's take a look at some therapies to overcome common health problems.

 

Headache

This is a very common health problem. Hydrotherapy, fomentation, ice bags are beneficial in case of headache.

 

Aromatherapy: Massage the back of the neck and forehead with lavender and chrysanthemum oil is effective for headaches.

Acupressure: If you have a headache, bring the palms of your hands in front. Then lightly massage the finger of the other hand and the middle of the index finger with one hand. Repeat this process with both hands for four to four minutes. By doing this you can get relief.

 

Ear pain

Ear pain affects the teeth, jaw, head, and even the nerves in the throat. Common problems can also be caused by colds, bruises, boils or bruises, scratches, infections, or allergies. For ear pain, first, inhale in an infantile manner, then exhale. After exhaling, press the ears and jaws to the connecting point. It relieves pain.

 

Acupressure: Apply pressure to the point between the lobe below the ear, the three points on the outer line of the jaw in the flow below the ear, and the points outside the ear. Apply light pressure to these points with the index finger and thumb for 20-25 seconds 3-4 times a day.

Toothache

Although toothache is a common problem, it is very unbearable. Toothache often causes swelling of the face and headaches.

Herbal treatment: Guava leaves have anti-bacterial properties. Boil its fresh leaves in water and keep them in the fridge. Add salt and cook. It will relieve toothache. If there is a pain in the upper teeth, add it to the fingers of the hand and press it with the fingers of the other hand. If the pain is in the lower teeth, press with the finger in the middle of the cheekbones under the eyes. Breathe in and out as soon as you do this, you will benefit.

 

Sinus pain

Aromatherapy: Mix lavender and lemon extract in almond or garpsil oil on a sore spot and rub lightly. Boil peppermint or eucalyptus oil in water and apply this water vapor to relieve sinus pain.

Herbal treatment: It is relieved by mixing it with dried ginger of alder flower.

 

Period pain

To do this, first inhale, then exhale. With breathing, press on the ankle bone with your thumb for 10 minutes and press right next to the tibia. Doing so relieves the pain.

 

Aromatherapy: Mix 3 to 4 drops of lavender oil, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, and 1 teaspoon of jojoba oil and apply on your sore spot, i.e. your abdomen and lower back. It gives comfort. One can try this remedy 1-2 times a day. In addition to these, you can steam a few drops of lavender oil in hot water.
