How Working Out Changed My Game

You must be wondering how is that cover photo related to my blog. Read on you will know how some sunshine in my life changed something , A year back I was someone who use to eat meals heavy in carbs and fat , wouldnt exercise at all . I decided to change it all , that day I went for a run could barely do 300 metres I was so sad that day . I started running everyday small steps . Slowly I saw that I could run longer then introduced a calories defecit diet and HIT workout .That changed the game for me . I always had body image issues felt like I wasnt an ideal looking girl . 

Slowly started Losing weight and felt lika a new person . My stamina improved had a stronger core , improved flexibilty and strength . All this made me feel better about my body . I eat whatever I want but track calories . Skip my breakfast and have light fruits . I always target burning 500 calories and stay 200 300 calories below 2500 which is the average amout a person needs . Your meals dont need to be all fruits veggies and greens . Mcd and pizza can find its place in your diet to . Going from not being able to run 300 metres to now being able to run 10 kms in under an hour gives me so much happiness . That feeling after you finish your work out is divine .

 You can give your body 2 days break in a week , just dedicate 1 hour every day . Do it for yourself and not to please anyone . Even if your goal isnt losing weight still start working out now for a better and healthier body . Fun fact there are workouts you can do on your couch and bed just search for it on a youtube . Also to people who have body issues like me , Your beautiful regardless of your weight colour . It took me some time to understand . Dont be hard on yourself . Love you for you . I am now going to start weigjt lifting always wanted to do it because hey stronger is better than being skinny right . Lift those weights , run those kms with your music , do your hit workouts , skip a rope , meditate , walk for an hr there are plenty of options chose what is best for your body and stick with it . ITS FOR YOU because at the end you know your body the best right . Live for yourself and love yourself it is very important to fix tthis in your head . Hope reading this helps anyone out there .
