Depression Antidote

Sadness, feeling down, and having a loss of interest or pleasure in daily activities are familiar feelings for all of us. But if they persist and affect our lives substantially, the issue may be depression. It is commonly called mood disorder.

Nowdays its a common disorder existing between children, adults and even in old age people.

How depression is caused?

In present time depression can be caused due to following reasons:

1) Carrier Tensions

2) Unemployment

3) Responsibilities

4) Over thinking

5) Lack of friends

6) Family problems

7) Financial problems

8) Having some sort of other disease

9) Not able to speak English

10) Inferiority complex

11) Jealousy

12) Negativity

13) Addiction of porn

14) Addiction of Drugs

15) Lack of followers, Likes and comments on social media.

Etc, Etc.....

List is quite long and this pandemic even more increased the chances of depression.

Seriously talking there is no medicine which can put person out of depression. The prevailing conditions make it more worse because going outside the home is more dangerous than depression.

Now, talking about the solution or Antidote of depression.

My dear Readers, coming out of depression is like teaching a kid. Its a long journey but it is not a impossible work.

Main root of depression is loneliness, person don't like to talk with anyone, person want to remain silent and don't want to explain its feelings etc..

Having a one best friend in life is as important as taking oxygen for breath. If you don't have friends then make your parents your best friends. Don't hide anything from them. If you have fight with someone directly tell to your parents.

Guys talking about best friend now, it is the best antidote against depression. A best friend is such to which you can talk your small small activity. You don't require a group of friends to talk your daily routine, just one good friend is enough.

Everyone in life have some problems and working on it is the only solution. Staying there and over thinking about is increasing your work.

Consult your doctor if conditions prevails for long time but don't close yourself in four walls. Moreover if someone is going through depression and if he/she abuse you don't take them seriously because person going through depression don't know what he/she is speaking rather try to pacify them try to help them to get out of it. Love them care them that's all what they need at that particular time.
