How to prevent your hair and skin in summer season?
Keep hydrated
We must keep hydrating ourselves .Drink more water daily approximately (2-3)litres of water.
Drink fresh juices like watermelon juice, muskmelon juice, cucumber juice,etc .it can hydrate your skin and hair
Sunscreen applications
Compulsory apply sunscreen before going out it can prevent your skin from high exposure of sun light.
Sunscreen ranges from spf 60 is tha most recommended cream for skin . Cover your hair using some cotton clothes during went out . So it can prevent your scalp damaging.
Physical and mental health
During summer season our mind will be more stress full .so everyday do some yogas and meditation for your mental health .
The most important thing is physical health . Always do some exercises daily to keep your body fit .summer is tha best season for weight loss.walking every day upto 20 to 30 minutes daily can make you stress free and refresh.
Summer foods
Don't eat oily or fried foods like junk foods it is not safe for our body during summer season.
Always eat fresh fruits like apple,orange, pomegranate, tender coconut,ice apple etc it can refresh yourself and prevent your skin from sun exposure.
