Kanyakumari, Mahabalipuram, Manapad, and Pondicherry are just a few of the state's well-known and unusual tourist spots along its coastline.

3.THE WORLD’S SECOND LARGEST MANGROVE FOREST IN THE WORLD 

 The second-largest mangrove forest in the world is called Pichavaram, and it is situated in the Cuddalore district of Tamil Nadu. This forest, which is 1,100 hectares in size, is home to several plant and animal species. It is a popular tourist spot where you can go kayaking through the Pichavaram mangrove waterways, enjoy boat excursions, and see wildlife.

4. MORE THAN 2000 YEARS OF JALLIKATTU FESTIVITIES 

Tamil Nadu hosts the bull-taming festival Jallikattu every January. This festival has been held for more than 2,000 years and is a well-liked tourist destination among residents. Bulls are let loose into the crowd as part of the celebration, and festivalgoers attempt to tame the bulls by gripping their horns.
