Business, this word immediately reminds us of the word instability, uncertainty and similar words. When it comes to business it has equal chance of success and failure. That’s probably the reason why parents and relatives stand in the way of their children who wish to execute their business plans. Every parent’s prayer and desire, is to see their children settling down with a guaranteed job, preferably a government job. But in a country like India where unemployment is one of the major issues, not everyone will be able to get a government job. One cannot blame their children for not getting one, as not everyone on the Earth has similar interest and knowledge. Hence, when a business minded person, a youngster chooses to start a business on his\her own, parents must welcome their choice and motivate them despite their fears and worries. For a person who has completed his studies and has chosen business as his career, which requires a huge sum of money to kick start, also, parents support is essential, both financial and mental support. But what’s happening around is mostly the opposite. Parent’s fear about the future of their children is absolutely genuine, however they are the ones whom a child could rely on at the age of no experience. In such case, most of the people choose to act according to their parents wish, against their own wish and satisfaction. Only few, stick to their goal and come out of their family to lead an independent life, which is not a piece of cake. It has number of challenges, which leaves not a person free from depression and stress. There are another group of people, who finds a good job to make their parents worry free and they start to save a particular amount of money to fulfil his\her business dreams, which is a good idea too. Again, it also has a disadvantage, that is when a person is involved in a specific job of good salary, he might become content of his current job that prevents him from taking a risk. To conclude, when a youngster is passionate of business, when he\she has the fire to achieve in the field of business, parents must provide them with necessary support, especially monetary support. Parents should remember one thing that not every business ends up in failure it has equal chance of success too, so they should encourage their children and stand with them in their good and bad days.
