1 cup chopped mango 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 2 cups coconut powder Ingredients for Mango Barfi To make delicious Mango ki Barfi, first put 1 cup chopped mangoes and 1/2 cup milk in a blender. Blend to make a smooth paste. After that take out the mango paste in a pan and keep it on medium flame and mix the sugar till it dissolves completely.
Now after that add coconut powder to this mixture and mix well. After that cook for about 20 minutes. You have to keep stirring it at regular intervals so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pot. Keep in mind that this mixture has to be cooked till it comes in shape and leaves all the sides of the pan. When this mixture is ready, pour this mixture into a mold and let it cool down.
