Hlo friends, today I am come with a new blog. In this blog we talk about different types of beverages. So tell me which type of beverage you want to drink.
If we talk about beverage then first come in our mind is water. Which is most important beverage for our health and body. Beverage keep our body hydrate.
If we talk about beverage meaning then any drinkable liquid is called beverage.
Basically beverages are two types
1.) Alcoholic - these drink are contain alcohol. Alcoholic beverages are further divided according to their process.
A. Fermented beverage and B. Distilled beverage
Fermented beverage are made of fermentation process which is done by yeast and some other microbial metabolism process. In fermented beverages we include beer, wine, Cider and perry While distilled beverage are made of distillation of wine or other fermented juices. Distilled beverages are Like whisky, gin, vodka, Rum, brandy, teqiula and others spirits.If we further divide the the other spirits then they are two types when is eaux de vie and other is liquors.
Here if we talk about wine then they further divided into parts. Wine are for types number 1 is is Still 2nd is Aromatised 3rd is Sparkling and 4th is fortified
STILL - in this still is a apparatus in which simple boil the ethanol at low temperature and the we separate water and ethanol.
Aromatised- in this we add different flavour like root, fruits, and bark etc.
Sparkling - In sparkling wine we level up the carbon dioxide which makes it fizzy.
Fortified - this is the type of wine in which we added spirits and increase the alcohol content.
2.) Non alcoholic
Non alcoholic beverages doesn't contain alcohol. Non alcoholic beverages further divided according to their process.
A.) Refreshing drinks- sometime we want extra other than water we want some flavours in our drinks. Refreshing drinks makes you cool and energetic again after tiring of work or hot. Like fruit juice and soft drink
B.) Stimulating drinks- these are the type of beverages which contain caffeine with some other ingredients like vitamins, herbs etc. Like tea, coffee, and drinkable chocolate.
C.) Nourishing drinks- these drinks are high in energy and protein these drink help in in your health nourishment. These drink like malted milk, milkshake and lassi, etc.
