Hello Friends, here I am coming with a new blog.

First of all, thank you for your love and support in previous blogs.

And yes I completed my 25th blog 😊.

Here today we talk about the sweet dish buklava.

I know many of you know about it and maybe someone like me does not know about it.😁

If you don't know then it's okay because not every person knows everything. Don't be sad.

I recently knew about buklava when I randomly surfed on the internet.

So buklava is not a new dish it started in Ottoman Empire. And right now it is a popular sweet dish of Turkey.

Buklava's word comes from Mongolian which means to ‘’tie-up, wrap up, pile up".

It's not a type of sweet dish made of like khoya, cheese, etc.

It is a type of pastry. With the filling of dry nuts like badam, Kaju, etc.

The interesting thing about buklava is it's the recipe when you see it in the video is quite interesting.

When they make the dough sheets for buklava means what I say now is that sheets are very thin just like transparent you can see the number of words in that sheets. You can see in the picture  And the reason for their thinness is said that buklava became taste when sheets are thinner. After making the thin sheets of dough they lay the sheets in the tray. They didn't lay a single sheet they have many players of sheets but in every sheet, they use cow ghee for smooth surface, and in every sheet, the filling is dry nuts.

After a specific size, they cut into the pastry size. You can see this picture.

And fill the tray with cow pure ghee. And put into the microwave. And then you see the perfect brown color of buklava. And after that, they fill the hot tray with syrup. You can use honey syrup, rose water, or any other type of syrup which flavor you want to give. Because after pouring the syrup you have to put it aside for some time. In this time baklava soak that syrup. Then garnish with dry nuts pieces.

And yes your baklava is ready now.

You can serve baklava at room temperature. Generally, baklava eats on a special occasion like christen serve baklava at Christmas and esters, Muslims eats baklava on Ramadan, etc.

But it doesn't mean that you have to eat baklava on occasion. You can eat baklava at any time when you get a chance then don't miss it.

So if you like my blog, please like it.

Stay safe, stay healthy 😊

Thank you
