You may have heard it many times that “Looks doesn't matter” but we all know somewhere how, it do matter a lots. A person is first judged by his/hers looks. Weight Loss is the major problem our today's generation faces. Being over weighted make a person lose his confidence to stand in front of the world. It always make a person feels uncomfortable and hence encourage you to be surrounded by all the negativity of the world. People around you also even try their level best to make you feel that you have been gained a lots of weight, in front or back they will make fun of yours by throwing bundle of negative or bad comments , and trust me guys you will not be allowing yourself to show your emotions but inner core, you will definitely feel bad or I should say worst ,sometimes person even start hating himself. They will always make you feel different in a negative way. Person start ignoring group of people , tried is best to be as much as alone he can. So its really important to be fit and of course not over weighted.
Hello people, I am back with my next topic which usually to share my experiences with you all on weight loss journey , firstly it would be in complete detailed so it may do have two or more parts. Guys weight loss has a big determined and continuous process. People do think that its a bit difficult process but its not so hard to do and specially it is for every age group. Many of us think that people of age above 30s wasn't able to loss weight but its really not true, it is possible for all the age group. The whole journey can be done mainly through any of one methods where first is intimidating fasting and the other one is being on dieting .
Many people do think that the both methods are same but I make you very clear that both are so very different from each other and yes both requires a little bit of exercises too. But the exercises not like zyming and all it requires little bit of walking or dancing or other exercise which you would love to do ( we can also say our hobbies). We all know that if our body do have excess of weight then it may cause you many harmful diseases. Above problem told by me can be ignored as some of us can accept their own body figure , tone and other. But do you even know that excessive of weight may even cause a reason of death. We can't ignore someone's health thus we can't ignore one's weight.
Here, in the next blog we will be discussing about all types of drinks, activities , difference in intimidating and dieting, what is good for our health , what not should be do and many more also.
