Morning drinks play an important role in your weight loss journey. As you all know we are giving an brilliant series on weight loss. Here we took two articles on, why actually we need to loss weight what all factors can be harm to us because of being over weighted and in second we discussed two major types of method use to loss your weight that was Intermittent Fasting and Dieting , we have discussed how and what difference they are actually. A nd in this Third blog we will be seeing kinds of morning drinks we can have for losing weight with 0 calories and trust me it will be efficient to your bodies. These kinds of drinks does not have any kind of side effects and can be used by any of gender and any age group 

So here I am sharing the name of some of the best morning drinks usually best for weight loss and with zero calories , healthy and very importantly with no side effects. Some of them are so easy that can be easily found in your own kitchen. Actually first let me explain you guys by its important for you to start your day with a morning energy drink, so when you consume your last meal or I can say your dinner you are then restricted for atleast long 16 hours not to eat any thing , and when after a long period of time when you actually make your body allow to eat something , it requires nutrients . Yes , you can eat any thing but if it is nutritious and calories if will be more effective to your body in a very positive way. 

One more thing is that when we make any drink for weight loss specially it should be hot as it help you increase metabolism in your body and help to detox fats and harmful elements from our body, so lets see the names of all the drinks beneficial for all of us to loss are fat  and help us to get the weight we all desired for:-)

  1. Lemon Drink with Hot Water 
  2. Apple Cider Vinegar
  3. Honey with Hot Water
  4. Dal Chinni Water
  5. Cucumber with  a bunch of ginger and some mint leaves
  6. Satu mixed
  7. Green Tea or you prefer Black Tea
  8. Protein Drinks
  9. Any Vegetable Juice
  10. Amla Aloe Vera Juice
  11. Ginger Water (only ginger)
  12. Jeera Water
