Intermittent Fasting Vs Dieting

So, basically this page is considered as a difference and similarities between both the types Intermittent Fasting as well as dieting. So with out wasting any seconds lets talk completely about dieting as it is well known or familiar word for all of us.

Dieting: It is the most common word which all of us has heard about , we all have heard that if we have to loose wait than going on dieting is the most important thing we have to do . Try your level best to ignore all the sweets and all the dishes containing lots of fats in it. People think all kinds of fats are same , and we have to avoid all the fats . But to be honest to you guys according to my research some of the fats are really important for our body, which in turn help you to bring a glow in your body and help you to fight with body virus also. So fats are also important to be an essential part of your daily diet.

In dieting , we have to make ourselves away from all kinds of junk food and try to eat the dishes containing low amount of fats and other species. And one of the important thing during dieting  , a person start feeling so much of craving , and because we haven't eat from a particular time( which is usually a very long period of time) so when we sit to have ours food we usually consumed actually the double quantity of food. And according to me it lasts after a period of time. You definitely will loss a good kg of weight but honestly when you start your food again in your daily time and quantity you will gain your weight 10 times faster than you loss.

Intermittent Fasting: It is something most of the people are not known to be , but the best way to loss your weight . We all have gone on fast many or sometimes in our lives . Dieting even make a person loss his glow , makes him/her so week but not in Intermittent Fasting. In Intermittent Fasting we have to not leave any kind of food ,it be like you can eat in limit and can eat everything you want or love to eat. But the only condition is you have to eat in a period of time . 

Intermittent Fasting is of many kind but the main common and essential is 8*16 Intermittent Fasting because in this you have to eat your dinner at a particular and after that take your breakfast almost after 16 to 17 hours which is normally not a big deal trust me guys I can assure you because even I did it. The best part of Intermittent Fasting is that you can eat almost every thing , has to drink lots of water and you can even continue it for live long.

 We can start with your dinner, you can take your last meal at 6:00pm to 6:30pm after that you have to be so determined that you won't be eat anything. Then after that, on the next day you take a your first drink don't start wit tea or coffee , else start with a no sugar drink it may be ACV or honey with hot water. After that at 11:00 am (that's almost 16 hours) you can have your breakfast , at 2:00 pm your lunch and at at 6:30 pm your last meal. Try it guys atleast for 1 week and if you find it worthful then only repeat the process . 

That's conclude that Intermittent Fasting is much better than being on dieting .
