Those 9 out of 10 who won't join you can ask for their phone and publish a blog from it. Your will staight away earn 10 points. 

So now every week you get.

10 points for ( writing and reading)

10 points ( if sent reference to genuine bloggers)

10 points ( for one blog that you publish from your referrals account)

These are 30 points you collect and apart from this you will get view count points (min 15-20) or more depending on your views and reach and also a bonus for completing 5 blogs in a week so extra 5 points.

So around 40-50 points in a week.
