Hello and welcome to my daily life blog. I hope you all are doing good, healthy and fit. And in order to remain more healthy and fit so today I'm gonna share a very delicious recipe which is my favourite too. Yes it's paneer bhurji. Today i learnt how to cook this dish #Mymom'sstyle. It's what vegetarians have named it. This dish is cooked with my mom's style so it maybe different than others. I love it so I'm sharing to you all.

To cook this dish you will need a number of INDGRIDIENTS so here they are.

Start with the ingredients.

  • 200gm paneer.
  • Two tomatoes.
  • Two onions.
  • Spices (kitchen king paneer masala, red chilli powder, green chilli paste, Turmeric, Hing, kasturi methi)
  • Oil one or two tbsp .
  • One green chilli.
  • Coriander leaves.
  • Salt.

Now start by heating some oil in the bowl. Till then chop the onions and shred the tomatoes. After the oil is heated enough add onions and let it be cooked until they look pinkish red.

Once the onions turn to desired colour add the tomatoe gravy and then add the spices. Firstly add red chilli powder, salt, Turmeric, green chilli paste and mix it well. Cover the bowl with a lid and let the spices be absorbed in the gravy.

Let it be covered for a minute till then shred the paneer( make sure you wash it before using). After a minute add the paneer to gravy along with the paneer add kitchen king paneer masala and kasturi methi.

Once you add all of these give it a nice mix and cover it for a minute again. Till then you can chop the coriander leaves.

After a minute you can turn the flame off and garnish the coriander on top of it. And tadaaaa tour yummy, finger licking paneer bhurji is ready.

You can serve this sabji with any Chapati, butter roti, naan or kulcha.

I know many of you might think it is very random and easy for some women but i am sharing this experience because i have learnt this today. This can be a learning to people of my age. So i just share whatever i think i learnt is valuable in a day.

That's it guys thanks for staying up till the end will be back with something new learning and till then take care and stay safe.πŸ’•
