How To Build A Strong Resume?

Hello and welcome back to everyone who has been reading my blogs and this is a continuation to my previous blog where i have stated the difference between A resume and A Cv. I had listed down the headers for each and here i am explaining details of each headers separately. Here i will jott down what all is to be actually included and necessary for your Resume to be selected. A good resume will land you a gret job. And your resume will be the first thing to represent you so you would want it to be the best. But before best comes accuracy.  Many people mention certain things that are not at all necessary in a resume. So starting with the right way here we go.

1 Name: Your entire name should be written in bold and large font so that the interviewers can see it and remember it.

2 Contact: provide your working cell phone number.

Also provide your email I'd.

Additionally you can add you linked in profile too.

This is very important part of your resume as this information will be the medium of contact if your resume has made it to the next round. If you provide here a Contact number that is wrong or not in use later you may lose your chance. Be alert while you know you have applied for a job and there are chances of getting a call.

Next important is to give a professional email I'd. No company will entertain and look up to a person with an email I'd like hackerboy@gamil, anglepriya@…etc.

How does a professional I'd look. No rockey science behind it. Very simple just keep it short and simple. Like your entire name that's it. Avoid complications.

Personal summary: This is a short and quick introduction or an overview about yourself. You can look at this as your elevator pitch. Many of you might be new with this term personal summary and so was i. But this is optional to add but advisable to add because it gives a gist about yourself and interviews understand you Better.

4 Educational qualification: This header will include your Educational qualifications in the reverse order. In other words from your higher studies to lower grade. A descending order is to be followed. And here the Institute/college/school name, University/board, marks scored sem wise and in particular year and year of passing is to be compulsorily be mentioned.

To be continued….
