How I Learned To Let Go!!

hello and welcome back to my blog guys. so today I am going to talk about how important it is to let go in life. Not holding grudges and ego against someone can make your life a lot better and easier to live than adopting the opposite behavior. It's something I thought of writing because I was one of that kind it was not easy for me to forgive people easily and move on when they hurt me and like me many of the people out there might be having same traits.

But lately, I have realized that the time we are putting in being angry, upset, or disappointed at someone and something might cause regret to us later and not anyone else. The only thought that strikes my head now is that if I am angry with somene and next I don't get to see that person ever in my life. I have learned to ut people above anger, ego, and sadness and tried to enjoy the moments shared with them, learned to let go! And trust me it felt better to accept the person or situation the being disappointed in them and staying all alone in your own thoughts which just builds a negative image of everyone around and brings out the worst in you.

Being angry at someone will only make you have their attention more and when that doesn't happen you will be madder at them and your behavior with others will also be changed due to that one person or thing.

Instead of letting it go! Breath deeply and accept the situation and the person's actions and try to understand them by being in their shores and asking them to do the same. Just have one thought that the person who hurt you is so important to you that's why it hurts more because of whatever they did but imagine staying angry and not talking or fighting with that person on it you will satisfy your ego for a while but when that loved one is no more in life you will have a thought that was that fight worth it? Let there be a mutual understanding of each other's situation and reasons. this will give you a better sleep than a night of overthinking and assuming things by yourself. it is always better to communicate your concerns.

And if you can't break a conversation with them just be nice and don't be angry they will realize at a point to talk and get things clear. Because they will also feel guilty that their actions made you feel hurt and still you being nice to them will bother them and eventually it will break into a conversation.

This has two benefits first that the matter gets solved without any hate and anger feeling and second, you won't regret it anytime when the person is not anymore you will just cherish all the memories with them.

Thank you for reading that's all I have learned from letting it go!!!
